It's a treat to have such nice days downtown and especially when it's for an important meeting. My 10am was at Cafe de la Presse so I hopped onto the train and headed over.

Once there, I ordered an almond croissant because they're just so damned good. This one was quite tasty and had a light and sweet custard filling. I quite enjoyed it and it was definitely up there next to the one from Tartine.

What I like about this cafe is that it's really convenient and has a bunch of dog-friendly tables outside. Service was really helpful as well and the coffee never got too low. If it's not on the 7x7 Big Eat list, it should be. Turns out it's also a great place for a meeting!
