I met up with my buddy in the FiDi after work and we decided to grab a drink and catch up. We rode the train back to his pad and originally planned to hit up Underdog's but it was totally packed so instead we went across the street for a slice and inexpensive beer.

I ordered a slice of the sausage and pepperoni with a Sam Adams draught. It took a while to heat up but was pretty tasty and comparably grease-free. The beer was less than $4 a pint and a solid bargain compared to other places in the area and they've got TVs, making it a good alternative to the crowded bars.

Service was kind of slow and but the place is a pretty satisfying dive. They've even got a couple tables outside for all of you dog walkers out there. Since they've got late hours, it is a great place to grab cheap eats and drinks and, being the night owl that I am, I'm sure I will be back.
