Jeffrey's Natural Pet Food Company

The folks at Jeffrey's are so nice!!! Knowledgeable, helpful, and care about your pets. This location is right on the corner across from Dolores Park, so every trip is also an excuse to play at the park. :) The store itself is small, but I personally could spend ages in there looking at all the hand knit dog sweaters and hoodies. Too cute! And so stylish!

Jeffrey's actually specializes in high quality, wholesome, raw food diets for dogs and cats. They also sell other natural and dried pet food, and a bunch of treats in bulk so you can buy just one piece or a whole bag. The beef jerky we got smelled great...almost wanted a nibble myself...and Doggy gobbled it up.

This store has a great neighborhood vibe. I love that a lot of their products (and of course their raw diets) are locally sourced.

Since it was Doggy's birthday, I wanted to get her a really special treat, something she had never tasted before. Immediately, Jeffrey's came to mind and they've got a huge variety of yummies sold in bulk so I could try several different kinds of things if I wanted to. I used to give Mickey and Jasmine lots of jerky and it was their favorite thing in the world so it seemed a logical thing to try with Doggy. The beef smelled good enough for even me to eat so I got a few ounces of that for her. When I got back to the house, she absolutely devoured the stuff and loved it so much she skipped dinner!

They had some super cute costumes and I'm thinking of looking for a kangaroo one since Doggy spends most of her time on her hind legs. First place I will be looking will definitely be Jeffrey's!

Also, I've got to mention the great service here. Conner was super helpful and knowledgable, and had great recommendations on different treats. The boutique is clean and really close to Dolores Park so while you treat yourself to a scoop or 4 from Bi-Rite, you can treat your pups to some goodies from Jeffrey's!
