Joe's Taco Lounge & Salsa

After the first hike of my Ruby on Trails Meetup group, our little group needed some sustenance to regain our strength. We decided to head to Joe's Tacos for some of their famous fish tacos and perhaps even a beer.

We started off with their chips and salsa and I decided to try their marinated grilled fish tacos. The fist thing I should say is that the chips were definitely not free and we were charged $2 for something that's normally a complimentary appetizer. How very Marin of them... The fish tacos were pretty good and came two to an order. Three would have really made my day though. Overall, not too shabby but they were to die for either.

Seeing as though I just got back from Mexico, any tacos would be challenged to follow that tough act. These tacos were good but I think I will stick to more authentic, and reasonably priced, fare in the future. Service was really bad though and charging for chips is a sin at these prices. I won't be back in a hurry. At least they've got some tables outside so your dog can enjoy the day with you.
