I was in Mountain View for some meetings and my buddy wanted to grab some lunch. We decided to drop by the Mediterranean Grill House for a quick wrap before getting back to work and upon walking in, the place was packed! That’s usually a good sign that a place will be solid, but I was ultimately disappointed by my meal.
I ordered the lamb and beef wrap which I was told was supposed to be more filling than the falafel I was eyeballing. I found the meat really dry, and there was no sauce to pour on in sight. I wasn’t sure if was the lamb or beef or both, but it was definitely not an impressive meal.
They’ve got a ton of tables outside on the sidewalk patio that welcome your dog on a warm day. Tables inside area very cramped though. Service was a little spotty, but the food was just not appetizing. There are a few other options on Castro so I’ll look to them for a Mediterranean wrap on the next trip.
