Pizza Port is a super popular spot in town and known for their pizzas and unique local brews. My buddy arranged a dinner there on wing night and sounding super tasty, we cruised over to this dog-friendly beach grubbery.

My friend and I got there a bit early and decided to share a small Carlsbad pizza with chicken, artichoke hearts, feta, sundried tomatoes, and a few other goodies, along with 15 wings and 5 cheese sticks. While the pizza itself was pretty decent, the wings and cheese sticks were super salty and tasty like they came frozen out of a bag. I found myself drinking so much water and even then it didn't help. Even at the super cheap price point I would definitely not order them again.

I kind of dig the communal seating thing and the people there are usually pretty friendly about sharing the space. There's some decent outdoor seating in case you do bring your pooch and it's a pretty good spot to do some people watching while sipping a beer. While I wouldn't go back for their wings, I do need to return to try some of their beers. Next time, I won't be DDing!
