On the day after Christmas there was almost nowhere open on Castro to sit and just enjoy the lovely day. Fortunately Red Rock had some Gypsy Jazz going on and my buddy and I swung by to enjoy the music over a cup o' joe.

Their holiday eggnog latte sounded delightful so I ordered a mug of the good stuff. At $4, it wasn't cheap but had just the right amount of sweetness that warmed me up inside. In fact, I liked it even better than the Starbucks' version! On such a cold day, it really hit the spot for a comforting afternoon of jazz at an awesome, non-profit cafe.

Red Rock is a really popular spot for locals and startup junkies alike. There is fast WiFi, plenty of seats, and quick a few outlets to plug into. There are even 2 outdoor tables to sit at with your dog, but being so chilly out, most people opted not to stop. Regardless, Red Rock is bad ass spot to get stuff done and enjoy some live music on occasion. Come early though because seats fill up quick!
