My buddies and I were taking a break from the weekend work day and decided to get something to eat. Seeing as though we had a large dog with us, we needed to find a place that would be pet friendly while allowing us to enjoy the football game. While walking down the Gaslamp, we noticed the patio at Rock Bottom and were greeted by the hostess directing us straight to the patio.

I ordered the Laredo burger, their version of a Southwestern sandwich. To my surprise, they were actually able to make it rare and it turned out pretty good. There was nice spice from the Pepper Jack cheese and chipotle aioli and there was even some guacamole in there to round things out.

The food was pretty good and it was really nice finding a place where we could bring the dog. The service was kind, but extremely slow and we were freezing our butts off on the cold patio since there were heat lamps. Overall however, things were pretty good and we could see the game while enjoying our meal so this would definitely be on the list the next time I'm downtown, and with the dog.
