My buddy was visiting from out of town and we wanted to get an early start on the day. We cruised over to La Jolla to grab some Jamba Juice but I entered to plaza at the wrong entrance. Since Starbucks was right in front of us, we decided to go there instead of driving to the other side of the plaza.

I ordered up one of the new pumpkin spiced lattes to kick off the day. It definitely had the essence of pumpkin in there and was very sweet and refreshing. I'll probably be enjoying a buzz for the rest of the day from it.

The parking lot at this Starbucks is one of the worst I've ever seen. The service is nice though, and there are plenty of dog-friendly tables outside to accommodate your pals. It's not that good a location to work from since it's kind of cramped, but it's a quick fix near campus which makes it a popular spot. It's right next to Trader Joe's too!
