The Kebab Shop

This latest location opened in my backyard within the last year and has been gaining a ton of traction since. There's a couple of tables outside that anybody can use so it seems like a pretty good place to enjoy a meal while walking the dog. Not wanting to brave the In-N-Out line, my buddy and I decided to drop in for some shwarma.

I had had an awesome experience at the downtown location with a heaping helping of the lamb plate and decided to get a container to-go on this visit. I ordered the lamb with caprese salad and falafels and we decided to have a few bites at the restaurant before heading to a poker game. I quickly realized that the portion size for the to-go containers was much smaller than the dine-in plates and was a little disappointed, but the meal was definitely as tasty as I remember, especially with copious amounts of the garlic yogurt for dipping.

While I was a little bummed by the smaller portion size of the to-go container, I love coming here for the lamb. The price is fairly high considering it is fast-ish food, but it's definitely on the higher quality end. I will definitely be back and order the same thing, but this time it's going on a plate for sure!
