My girlfriend and I haven't had a nice brunch in Marin yet and have been wanting to try this comfort brunch place on 4th Street for a while, ever since Sol Food used it's dining room in this transition. While parking on a Saturday morning isn't free, and there were lines running out the door, that didn't detour us from giving it a try.
I ordered the Irish Highlands (not on the menu) which was pretty much an Eggs Benedict over hashbrowns. It was delicious and a great combo I wouldn't have expected. Big portion sizes too! Props to the server who suggested it.
They've got a lot of menu options that I want to try and the service was great despite being really busy. There's a home-y vibe to the place that's extremely comforting, which only adds to the charm. I can't wait to come back and next time I'll enjoy the brunch outside at one of their dog-friendly tables!
