Waking up on my brother in law's couch on an early Tuesday morning after a week of traveling, I needed a hot cup of Joe to get me fired up for the long day. Fortunately he agreed and we headed down to Tully's before the work day began.
I ordered a grande cup of hazelnut coffee and we headed outside to the single, dog-friendly bench out front to sip and chat. The coffee was a welcome counter to the cold SF morning and warmed my soul. I sweetened it to all hell since I'm not really a coffee connoisseur and can't tell one cup from the other. However, this one gets a passing grade.
This location is packed in the mornings and there is a lack of order in the line when moving between the counter and pick up area. There isn't much seating inside either so getting work done can be tricky. Overall, this location was mediocre for it's lack of tables, outlets, and flow, but is the closest coffee shop in the area so it will have to do.
