It's been a while since my buddies and I got together for a nice meal since we're scattered throughout the Bay Area so we decided to all meet in Foster City for some grub. The location wasn't necessarily convenient for everybody but it was central for us all and we all made the pilgrimage to reunite the "bros".
Since they seem to be better known for their Middle Eastern food than their pizza, I decided it order the lamb kabob rice plate. The meat was a little under-seasoned and overcooked for my tastes but the veggies were delicious and the rice was fantastic. For the money, the portion size was kind of small for a place where I ordered at a counter so I was a little disappointed at that as well.
The food was good but not great and the kabob plates were downright expensive at $16. The hookah patio out back looks pretty sweet and you can have dogs back there apparently but I think they have to come around the side. Waterfront is a super popular place for the hookah and the restaurant itself seemed a little quiet. I will come back to try to pizza next time and hopefully it's warm enough to sit outside.
