I was checking out a new Meetup group in Sausalito and the location was set at a beautiful wine bar. Classy and comfy, I was looking forward to a great evening.

There are a ton of choices by the glass, but on a cold evening I was interested in something red. I decided to try their house Tempranillo, which was fruity and nutty, and quite affordable. Very good for a house wine indeed.

Service was great and, while most nights are pretty slow, there was a warm buzz in the room this evening. There's some benches out back on the patio and even a water bowl for your dog when they're joining you for the evening. I'm looking forward to returning for a whole bottle of wine when I don't have to drive.
