About Maximillian III

Although he's 12 years old, he will always be a kitten in my heart and the first man in my life. I adopted Max with encouragement from my roommate at the time, whose family owned a hog-farm in North Carolina. I never really cared for cats, but I wanted a pet. He was one of a litter of 2 kittens and I fell in love IMMEDIATELY. The first time we met, he was barely a week old and his eyes were still closed and I picked him up and he HISSED at me. The fighting spirit drew me to him and I promised myself that I would do everything in my power to get him to love me someday. I'm proud to say that I was successful.
